Chain Words. Play Spell Cards. An online word game from Astra Codeworks LLC, currently in invitation-only testing.

Support

For gameplay problems, privacy questions or account access, email info+support@astracodeworks.com. Include your app version and a short description. Your player name and tag are optional. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or account secrets.

You can use the in-game Report button to send relevant match context. On Home, Bug Log → Send Diagnostics submits bounded technical diagnostics and displays a receipt. Copying a bug-log bundle does not send it; you decide whether to share it.

Connecting and updates

Word Jinx requires an internet connection. Press Battle to search for players; bots automatically fill open seats when the queue countdown ends. No solo setting is needed. During maintenance, an existing match may finish, after which the loading screen blocks access until service resumes. If an update is required, install it before continuing. TestFlight testers install updates through Apple’s TestFlight app.

Account deletion

Open Home → settings wheel → DELETE ACCOUNT at the bottom and follow the confirmation. If you cannot access your account, contact support. Uninstalling the app alone does not request deletion of your server account.

Beta accounts

This invitation-only beta is for adults aged 18 and older. Guest accounts are not linked to Apple or Google; recovery after loss of local credentials is not guaranteed. Beta progress may be reset before public release. Add Cards and card reset are testing controls, not purchases or account deletion.
